This is my actual 1000th post. Hmmph.
Anyway, per tradition, here’s a roundup of what I’ve written about Doctor Who over the past few months, insofar as it relates to Series 10 (and a few cases where it doesn’t).
When Bill was first announced, I wrote this little reaction post. I didn’t write anything when it was revealed that she’d be the first LGBT companion, in part due to time constraints, but also because everyone else had already explained how great it was anyway.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to review either The Husbands of River Song, or The Return of Doctor Mysterio. I’m still planning, however, to review each episode of Series 10 as it comes out – hopefully, those will go up on either Saturday nights or Sunday mornings. Every Friday, you’ll be able to see my take on Series 3, as part of my Ten Years of the Tenth Doctor series.
On a related note, there’s also my reviews of Class, the YA spinoff from Patrick Ness. While I did find it quite frustrating at times, there’s still a lot to love – hence this post I wrote, about why you should be watching it. You can also look forward to my interview with Patrick Ness in a few weeks time, where we spoke about Class – and a possible second series!
Just a few minutes to go! See you all on the other side.
